EARLS PARK NORTH – NEW INDUSTRIAL UNITS

Work due to start on site for the construction of nine new speculative light industrial units at Earls Park North, Team Valley Trading Estate on behalf of The Northumberland Estates.

Robertson Construction North East have been appointed Main Contractor for the works which will provide in excess of 21,800sq.ft of B2/B8 accommodation when complete.  Matrix Architecture Ltd are providing full architectural design services on the project.

Completion is scheduled for spring 2016.

Full Planning Permission granted on a new 9,200sq. ft. retail unit in Alnwick providing pet supplies, pet grooming and veterinary services. Matrix Architecture Ltd provided full architectural services on the project. Work to commence on site soon…..
